BSquare Little Africa ships from Montreal, Quebec.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Canada, to all ten provinces and three territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of payment being received. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays in Quebec.

During busy periods (the holiday season, a collection launch) this may take longer. We post a notice on the site when that happens.

The times shown are the carrier’s, counted from the moment the parcel is handed over. They are in addition to the processing time and vary by province and remoteness. They are estimates, not guarantees: we do not control delivery once the parcel is with Canada Post.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier’s system.

Taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Delivery address

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you enter. A parcel returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address will be reshipped at your expense. If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately at info@bsquareafrica.com: we can correct it as long as the parcel has not left.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, check the tracking first, then with your neighbours and your post office. After 10 business days beyond the estimated time, write to us: we will open an investigation with Canada Post and find a solution with you.

If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos within 48 hours.
